摘要
综述和分析了抗肿瘤药物近年来的新进细胞毒性抗肿瘤药物、以细胞信号转导分子的抗肿瘤药物、新生血管生成抑制剂、肿瘤耐剂、内分泌治疗药等。
Recent developments and approaches for anti-tumor drugs were reviewed and analysed in this manuscript, including new agents of traditional cytotoxity, protein tyrosine kinase inhibitors, farnesyltransferase inhibitors, tumor angiogenesis inhibitors, resistance reversal agents, endocrinal therapy and so forth.
