摘要
小试实验表明在普通的活性污泥系统中添加白土可以改善污泥沉降性能,提高COD和氨氮的去除率,保证系统长期稳定运行;废水总酚含量在188.9~312.4 mg/L范围内时,白土添加剂对细菌的活性具有明显的强化作用,每分钟溶解氧消耗量可增加20%左右,通过分析认为白土对酚类物质的吸附再生及固体表面对溶解氧的富集作用是其强化微生物活性及改善活性污泥处理效果的主要机制。
A laboratory-scale activated sludge process with diatomite additives was put forward for the coal gasification wastewater treatment.The results indicated that the biomass and the efficiency of COD and NH^+_4N removal are increased comparing with the data of the three-stages activated sludge process of a certain plant.Another jar test was conducted for measuring dissolved oxygen consumption ratio in the mixing liquid with different total phenols concentration.The results showed that the addition of diatomite in the mixing liquid could enhance bacterial activity obviously in the total phenols concentration range of 188.9~312.4 mg/L.The results of adsorption test of diatomite and PAC in the wastewater demonstrated that adsorption of the phenols and dissolved oxygen was the main mechanism for enhancing the bacterial activity and the efficiency of the wastewater treatment.
