摘要
针对我国目前常用的防火涂料普遍存在VOC(挥发性有机化合物)超标的现象,开发一种新型无卤、低烟、无毒、与生态环境相协调的膨胀型防火涂料。主要采用正交试验法进行配方设计。试验和测试结果表明：加入了矿渣的生态型防火涂料具有优良的防火性能和理化性质,并且达到VOC零排放。该涂料可广泛应用于各类木结构、钢结构及混凝土基材。
A fire retardant coating which is used in our country reflaxes VOC.This study develops a new-tyle fire of retardant coating which is halogen free,low smoking friendly to ecosystem environment.An orthogonal test is made on design of the compositions of the fire retardant coating.The experiments show that eco-coating which is mixed with slag has fine fireproofing performence,physical and chemical perperties,in adaition it does not reflaxe VOC anymore.The fire retardant coating can be widely used in various materials,such as wood,steel and cement.
