摘要
针对露天矿运输系统中行车事故出现的随机性和模糊性,为使其危害性降低和不可预见性得到控制,提出了一种德尔菲法和智能数学相结合的模糊诊断模型,阐述了对行车事故的危险性预测的模糊诊断的原理和步骤。实例论证了该方法的可行性和有效性,为工程技术人员提供了一种简便、实用、可行的评价预测途径,具有实际推广应用价值。
In view of the randomness and fuzziness of travel accidents in the transport system of open cast mine, to reduce its harmfulness and control its unforeseen,a fuzzy diagnosis model based on the combination of delphi method and intelligence mathematics is put forward.The rationale and steps of fuzzy diagnosis about the harms of travel accidents is discussed.The example demonstrates that the method is feasibly and effective.An appraisal-forecasting method for the engineers and technicians,which,is simple,practical and feasible and has partial application value.
