摘要
数模混合电路测试是一个广泛被关注的前沿课题,解决这个问题意义重大而任务艰巨,它面临着许多测试上的难点。对国内外现已提出的一些重要数模混合电路测试方法进行了总结,并分析了它们各自的优缺点。
The testing of mixed circuit is an advanced subject paid close attention extensively. It is significant and difficult to solve this problem because mixed circuit test faces many problems which isn't easy to solve.Some important methods of mixed circuits test are summarized and their traits are analyzed.
