摘要
针对弹药螺纹连接件在拆卸分解中因塑性变形和摩擦致使发热升温,温度过高极易引发爆炸的问题,利用红外传感器构建了在线温度测量系统,选择螺纹结合处工件外表面作为测量点,以PLC为数据处理和控制核心,该系统满足弹药拆卸的安全性需要。
To solve the problem of the ammunition explosion caused by the temperature rising in the disassembly of the screw-jointed ammunition,the temperature measurement system on line based on infrared radiation sensors is set up. The measurement points are selected on the out surface of the screw joint,and a PLC is applied as the data process and system control center.The system is able to satisfy the demands for the safe disassembly of the ammunition.
