摘要
2004年5月,B-3837海监飞机由国家海洋局东海分局接收并进行了首飞。至此,中国海监部门进行海上执法,有了现代化的空中装备,更具有监视覆盖广、灵活快速的优势,为沿海海洋经济的全面、协调、可持续发展提供了有力保障。在这架海监飞机上,即将装备由中国科学院上海技术物理研究所研制的多光谱扫描仪。在此介绍了该仪器的组成结构及功能,并简要分析了它在海洋遥感信息获取的潜力。
The Marine Surveillance Plane B-3837 was devolved to East Sea Branch of State Oceanic Administration and made its virgin flight in May, 2004. So far, China Marine-monitoring Branch has her own modern aerial equipments for marine executive with the advantage of function agility and emergency operation to larger surveillance coverage, providing powerful safeguard to all\|round, harmonious and sustainable development of coastal economy. A marine airborne multi\|spectrum scanner (MAMS), made by Shanghai Institute of Technology and Physics, will be equipped on this Marine Surveillance Plane. The properties and characteristics of the multi-spectrum scanner are introduced and its potentiality for oceanic remote sensing is depicted briefly.
