摘要
针对节日灯泡分选检测比较落后的现状,提出了一种新的节日灯泡自动分选检测方法,并研制成功了一种新型的节日灯泡自动分选机测控系统,该系统实现了节日灯泡按光通量和灯丝内阻进行自动分选的功能。实验证明,该系统不但工作稳定可靠而且具有很高的分选精度。
A new testing and selecting method for min.bulb is proposed,it combines luminous flux detecting and filament's resistance testing.And a noval testing and controlling system for min.bulb auto selecting machine has been developed successfully.The system realizes automatic testing and selecting of min. bulb by testing luminous flux and filament's resistance.Testing results show that the system not only has high reliability and stability,but also has high selecting precision.
