摘要
采用HP-1100液相色谱和室内模拟的方法,研究了异恶草酮在不同温度和pH值条件下的水解动力学情况以及在三种实际环境水样中的水解情况。结果表明,不同的pH值对异恶草酮的水解速率影响较小,异恶草酮水解速率随温度升高而加快,而且异恶草酮在环境水样中的半衰期略短。
This study investigated the hydrolysis kinetics of clomazone in pH 5,pH 7and pH 9 buffered aqueous media at 25℃,and the hydrolysis kinetics of clomazone in pH 7 buffered aqueous media at 15,25,35 and 45 ℃.At 25℃,the hydrolysis rate constant k at pH 5,pH 7and pH 9 were 0.0142、0.0112、0.0175,respectively,which indicated the relative stability in a neutral medium. At pH 7,the hydrolysis rate constant k was increased at the elevated temperature.
