摘要
《组织部来了个年轻人》是一篇在当代影响较大的短篇小说,但很长时间以来存在着对它的误读,即认为这是一篇揭露生活阴暗面、反官僚主义的小说,而事实上这篇小说写的是在理想与现实之间生活所呈现的复杂状态。作者的创作意图是通过对其中人物的塑造,提出一些令人深思的问题。
In the present age, A Young Newcomer in Organization Department is an influential short story which has been misread for a long time and regarded as a novel that reveals the seamy side of life and combats bureaucracy. In actual fact, this novel describes the complicated states between ideal and reality in life. The writer tries to put forward some thoughtful problems through the portrayal of the characters.
