摘要
目的掌握输注冰冻血小板的临床疗效。方法将65例患者分成输冰冻血小板组(n=30)和输新鲜血小板组(n=35),比较冰冻血小板与新鲜血小板输注前、后Plt、PT、APTT的变化和组间的差异、两组输注后的临床止血效果和输注无效情况。结果(1)两组患者分别输注冰冻和新鲜血小板后凝血指标及Plt均有显著差异(P<0.001),而组间无显著差异(P>0.05);(2)临床止血有效率分别为冰冻血小板86.67%,新鲜血小板85.7%;(3)两组血小板输注无效情况基本相同。结论输注冰冻血小板与输注新鲜血小板临床疗效相同,冰冻血小板可广泛应用于临床。
Objective To estimate the efficacy of frozen platelet transfusion.Methods 65 patients were randomly transfused frozen platelets(30 cases) and fresh platelets(35 cases).PT,APTT and platelet count were made before and after transfusion.The haemostatic effectiveness and the adverse reactions were noted.Results (1)The differences of PT,APTT and platelet count before and after transfusion in two groups were significant(P<0.001) and the differences of the PT,APTT and platelet count between two groups were not significant(P>0.05).(2)The clinical haemostatic effective rate was 86.67% in the group with frozen platelet transfusion and 85.7% in the group with fresh platelet transfusion.(3)The adverse reactions in two groups showed no difference.Conclusion The effect of frozen platelet transfusion is closed to that of fresh platelet transfusion.The frozen platelet has a haemostatic function,and can be used in emergencies when platelet transfusion is urgently needed.
