摘要
针对高职毕业生就业难的问题,高职院校应积极进行创新和探索:创新办学理念,以就业作为导向;创新专业结构,保持供求平衡;创新教学体系,增强实践能力;创新职业指导,树立创业意识;创新就业制度,形成保障机制;创新就业渠道,内外统筹兼顾.
Facing the difficulty of higher vocational graduates obtaining employment,higher vocational colleges should actively cany out innovation and exploration as follows: educational theory,specialty structure,teaching system,vocational guidance,the channels of obtaining employment.
