摘要
独立学院自兴办到正名以来,除受到褒扬之外,也有不少贬责之辞,认为独立学院难以发展。但实际上独立学院的发展一举多赢,从世界先行国家高等教育量的扩张和质的提高的经验中可以得出,独立学院走由数量到质量的规范发展之路既符合逻辑也完全可行。
Since independent institutes having originated and won the legalization, besides some praises ,more critisms were received,even someone thought that independent institutes is difficult to develop. In fact,the development of independent institutes can be beneficial to several factors.From the experience of higher education development in developed countries, independent institutes development should be followed the way—from quantity to quality,which is feasible and logical.
