摘要
目的:研究COX-2在肾癌中的表达,探讨其与肾癌的发生、发展以及患者预后之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学的方法对48例肾癌组织及5例正常肾组织中COX-2的表达情况进行检测,并通过对患者随访,探讨其与肾癌临床病理学参数及患者预后之间的关系。结果:COX-2在肾癌组织中的表达较正常组织明显增高,且COX-2的表达与肾癌的病理分期之间呈显著的负相关关系(P<0.05)。COX-2表达阴性者的生存率低于COX-2表达阳性者,但二者之间的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。COX-2的表达与肾癌的临床分期、肿瘤大小以及患者的年龄、性别均无显著相关性。结论:COX-2的表达可能与肾癌的发生、发展有关,其有可能作为肾癌早期诊断的指标。
