摘要
文章用"高校自身的办学和人才培养目标的符合度、高校教学工作状态与高校的培养目标的符合度、高校人才培养质量与人才培养目标的符合度"的观点,分析了嘉应学院人才培养的实践及其与办学目标的关系,指出了嘉应学院本科教育建设与发展中存在的一些问题。并依据这一办学个案的研究结果,提出地方高校要强化地方意识,要科学定位,要培养应用型人才,要面向地方开展科研工作,对内要加强管理,对外要加强交流的观点。
