一种改进的方法预测水平气液两相流的持液率 被引量:2

A MODIFIED APPROACH TO PREDICT THE LIQUID HOLDUP IN HORIZONTAL GAS-LIQUID FLOW

摘要 Taitel-Dukler两流体模型包含多个关联式,需要迭代求解,易出现重根。提出的显式方程简化了模型的求解过程。以往的研究表明利用Taitel-Dulder模型预测持液率在光滑分层流出现低估,而在波状分层流,段塞流和环状流出现高估。基于Andritsos的实验数据,提出经过修正的持液率经验公式,改进了预测气液两相流持液率的方法。将改进的方法和以往理论模型得到的计算结果分别和实验数据进行对比,使用权重性能因子作为评价标准,结果表明该方法预测的持液率和实验数据比较吻合。 Taitel-Dukler two-fluid model requires an iterative method to solve implicit correlations and is prone to producing multiple roots in some cases.The proposed explicit correlations simplify solving procedure.Previous studies evince that Taitel-Dukler model,with the assumption of a smooth gas- liquid interface,tends to underestimate liquid holdup for stratified smooth flow,and to overestimate it for stratified wavy,slug and annular flow regimes.A modified empirical formula is proposed to predict liquid holdup...
