摘要
介绍了济宁三号煤矿副井预防性治理过程中的经验,治理方案采用破壁水泥注浆和开卸压槽及注浆段井圈加固方法进行。通过对治理过程中井壁变形监测数据进行分析,指出注浆过程分为注浆稳定阶段和波动阶段。注浆稳定阶段应充分降低土层含水量和孔隙率;注浆波动阶段注浆应循序渐进进行,逐渐巩固初期注浆的效果。当回浆压力特别大时,应根据井壁动态监测数据及时调整注浆压力和注浆部位。针对井壁应变的安全监测报警值问题,提出采用控制应变增长速率作为报警限值的概念。
The paper introduced the experiences of the preventive control for the mine auxiliary shaft in Jining No.3 Mine. The preventive control plan included the cement grouting on broken lining of the mine shaft, the pressure releasing slot and the reinforced method for grouting section of the mine shaft lining.
