摘要 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP9)和CD147在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化染色S-P法,检测88例乳腺癌组织石蜡切片中MMP9及CD147的表达情况。结果:乳腺癌患者MMP9的表达与肿瘤的分级、大小无明显关系,与淋巴转移有明确相关联系(P<0.05)。CD147与病理分级、淋巴结转移的表达呈显著性正相关(P<0.05)。结论:CD147和MMP9相互影响参与了乳腺癌的侵袭与转移,两种物质的检测是判断乳腺癌预后与治疗的重要指标之一。 Objective:To observe the expression and its significances of MMP9 and CD147 protein in breast cancer. Methods:Expression of MMP9 and CD147 protein in 88 patients with breast cancer was measured by immunohistochemistry (S-P) method.
