传统的教育培训模式已严重地制约了汽车行业人才的培养。因此,在汽车业高速发展的今天,如何为行业培养出合格的运用型人才,已成为教育部门所面临的首要问题。本文将探讨如何解决教育与培训与实际需求脱钩的问题。
Traditional education training pattern is already seriously restricting automobile professionals training.Therefore,in the automobile industry of high speed development,how to train the qualified person for the profession has become the most important question face to education department.This article discusses how to solve the problem that education and training can not meet the automobile development s demands.
