摘要
本文以迅速发展的北京市民办高等教育为背景,对北京市民办高校人力资源利用效率进行了分析。重点指出了该地区民办高校在教师资源高效利用上的三个方面的表现:对兼职教师、公办高校退休教师资源的开发与运用,对社区、工商业人才的开发与运用,以及对双肩挑复合型人才的开发与运用。总结提出民办高校长足的发展必须在高效人力资源的利用同时壮大自身的专任教师队伍,提升质量。
This article was about the teacher resources utilization of nongovernmental higher education institutes in Beijing.It paid special attention to the utilization of three kinds of teacher resources—part—time teachers and retired teachers from public universities,qualified personnel from communities,businesses and industries,and "double—shouldering" teachers.It suggested that these nongovernmental colleges and universities would develop well with better fulltime staff,together with high rate of utilization of ...
