摘要
基于45钢轴对称件交流闪光对焊过程的实测温度场和焊接热循环曲线的拟合处理,结合Monte Carlo(MC)算法确定的模拟模型常数,建立了焊接热影响区晶粒长大的模拟时间tMCS与实际时间t、温度T之间的关系,用MC方法模拟了焊接热影响区的晶粒长大。结果表明:在相同的tMCS值下,MC模拟热循环过程后晶粒平均尺寸约为等温加热转变过程后晶粒尺寸的70%左右;焊接热循环加热阶段后的晶粒尺寸仅为最终晶粒尺寸的25%~30%;模拟值与试验结果基本吻合。
The weld thermal cycle curve of 45 steel in alternating flash butt welding HAZ was simulated according to the actually measured temperature field of axisymmetric weldments.The relationship of tMCS to the actual time t and temperature T was determined with the parameters in HAZ by MC method.The MC simulation makes the average grain size in the welding HAZ after thermal cycle process as 70% of that after isothermal heating at same tMCS.The welding heating process makes the grain grow only 25%-30% of the final...
