摘要
以硝酸锆为原料,在不同水热条件下制备了多种ZrO2粉体;主要考察水热体系填充度、水热前驱物的浓度、pH值等工艺参数对水热结晶过程中生成ZrO2的影响;用XRD、TEM等对所制备粉体进行了表征。结果表明:体系填充度对其中m-ZrO2比例(Xm)、晶粒尺寸没有显著影响;水热前驱物浓度增加,产物中Xm没有变化,晶粒长大不明显;而水热前驱物pH值对产物中Xm、产物晶粒尺寸、形貌及团聚情况有很大影响。
ZrO2 powders were prepared from zirconium(IV) nitrate under different hydrothermal conditions.The influence of fill factor,pH value and precursor concentration on the hydrothermal reactions was studied.XRD and TEM were used to characterize the prepared powders.The results showed that fill factor had little influence on the size and proportion of m-ZrO2(Xm).With the increace of precursor concentration,Xm remained constant and the crystalline size increased slowly.The pH value of hydrothermal precursor had gr...
