摘要
企业资源规划(ERP)已经在我国得到推广和应用。它代表一种先进的管理思想和管理方法,给我国的企业管理带来了一场新的革命。但它的实施效果却并不理想,其原因主要存在于企业和软件实施者两方。对这些问题进行分析与研究,将有利于企业更好地实施ERP。
Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) has been widely spread and used in our country.It represents a kind of advanced thought of management and has brought a revolution to enter-prises in our country.But its implementation effect is not very ideal because of two respects of enterprises and the software.Researching into the existent problems is helpful to execute ERP.
