摘要
从工艺原理、工艺流程特点、工艺压力等级的选择、主要设备及设计特点、工艺参数等方面,介绍了双甲工艺在合成氨生产中的应用及效果,并对生产运行中存在的甲醇水冷却器出口温度偏高问题进行了改进:在甲醇A塔、B塔前各增加一淋洒式换热器,使其最终温度降到30℃～35℃。实践证明,双甲工艺是一种新型、节能、环保的合成氨原料气精制工艺。
