摘要
目的:建立健肾化瘀颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别健肾化瘀颗粒中的淫羊藿、黄芪,采用HPLC法测定其中淫羊藿苷的含量。结果:薄层色谱法可同时鉴别淫羊藿、黄芪,薄层斑点清晰,专属性强;淫羊藿苷含量测定平均加样回收率为99.3%,RSD=1.5%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于控制制剂的质量。
Objective:To establish the quality standard for Jianshenhuayu Granules.Methods:Epimedii and Radix Astragali in the preparation were identified by TLC.The content of icariin was determined by HPLC.Results:Epimedii and Radix Astragali were identified on a plate simultaneously.The spots were clear and the identification was highly specific.The average recovery was 99.3%(RSD1.5%,n6).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Yishenhuayu Granules.
