摘要
采用动力学仿真软件ADAMS虚拟复现了某破坏性试验的全过程,得到了相关难于测量的关键设计参数数值,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对零部件进行破坏原因复核,分析结果与试验现象、断裂力学理论分析结论一致,进而确认了破坏性试验虚拟复现的正确性、有效性。
Some pivotal design parameters were obtained by simulating the process of the destructive test with the dynamic analysis software-ADAMS virtually, and the strength of some part was calculated with the FEA software-ANSYS. The simulation result is consilient with the test result and the fracture strength analysis result, accordingly the correctness and validity of the virtual appearing for destructive test are made sure.
