摘要
电气设备内SF6气体湿度受温度的变化影响显著,文章介绍一种新的校正方法(等相对湿度法)对不同温度下SF6气体湿度标准进行修正,讨论了湿度校正的理论基础,并与其它几种校正方法的校正结果进行比较分析,为现场检测结果提供有依据的判断。
Since SF_6 gas humidity is influenced greatly by temperature,This paper introduces a new way of calibration for SF_6 gas humidity standard at different temperatures and discusses the theoretical base of humidity calibration.The paper compares and analyses the calibration result of new way with that of several other means,thus recommends the judgement for local test results.
