摘要
阐述我国资源产权的现状及其与可持续发展的关系,分析现行资源产权状况形成的原因,提出建立合理产权关系的建议。
The relationship between resource property right and sustainable development is expounded and the reasons of forming the actual property right are analyzed.The suggestions on constituting reasonable property right are put forward.
