摘要
针对目前加热拉锥法存在的不均匀加热问题,提出一种基于CO2激光器的环形均匀热源的锥形光纤加工方法,并设计了装置。用ZEMAX软件对光源与锥形光纤间耦合效率进行了仿真。仿真结果表明:锥形光纤可明显提高耦合效率。
In view of the asymmetrical heating problem in taper fiber manufacturing, a new ring heating technique for making tapered fiber based on CO2 laser is described and designed. Couple efficiency between light and taper fiber is simulated using ZEMAX software. Simulation results indicate that couple efficiency can be improved with taper fiber obviously.
