摘要
本文针对焊接缺陷超声检测信号的特点,研究了基于小波变换的超声信号噪声消除方法,并运用小波变换方法对实测信号进行了具体的处理,实验结果表明,该方法不仅具有很好的去除噪声效果,而且重构的缺陷回波的波形失真度小,缺陷定位准确,有利于进一步作定量检测。
This paper studies an approach of eliminating ultrasonic noise based on wavelet transformation according to the characteristics of ultrasonic test signal to welding flaw, and disposes the real signal by using wavelet method. It was indicated from the experiment that this approach not only had better effect of noise cancellation and less wave distortion when reconstructing flaw echo wave, but also could exactly locate flaw, which was convenient to do further quantitative inspection.
