摘要 在分析可视化系统的功能和特性的基础上,设计并实现了一种三维医学数据场可扩展式可视化系统。首先根据医学图像的具体特征,系统设计了一系列预处理方法;随后提出了基于特征区域提取的分割算法和采用数据挖掘聚类方法等对三维数据场直接分割,并提出采用了二级排序体元块投射等体绘制算法。最后给出的实现效果图表明系统能够在PC机上实现对三维医学数据场方便和有效地绘制与管理。 Based on the analyzing the functions and characteristics of visualization system,an extendable visualization system for 3D medical data field is presented and realized.First,the system designs a series of preprocessing methods suit for the specific characteristics of medical image;Then,the system presents feature region segmentation and data mining clustering and other methods to segment 3D medical data field directly,and adopts two levels projection of sorted voexl block and other methods to rendering image;Finally,some realization images show that the system can rendering and manage 3D medical data field in the PC.
