摘要
根据涂附磨具揉曲机的工艺要求,采用全数字控制技术和交流变频等技术设计了涂附磨具揉曲机自动控制系统。以同步控制器SCD08C21A为核心,协调各驱动辊的速度,数字变频器和交流异步电动机控制传动速度,力矩控制器和力矩电动机控制收卷速度,气电结合的张力检测装置构成闭环控制系统,速度调节范围可达1:12。实际运行表明,该系统具有数显方式直观、速度稳定、张力恒定、可靠性高、操作简便的特点。可广泛应用于涂附磨具制造行业。
In this paper,an automatic controlling system for coated abrasives flexing machine was designed based on fully digital synchronous converter.The synchronous controller SCD08C21A is used to coordinate the speed of the machine.The digital frequency converter and the AC motors control the drive speed.The moment controller and moment motor control the speed of the rolls.The unit of tension measuring forms the loop control system.The machine speed adjust range can be 1∶12.The practice results show that the automatic control system possesses direct display of menu and image,stable speed,constant tension and convenient operation.It can be widely used in the making and processing of coated abrasives.
