摘要
目前抚顺市技能人才匮乏,主要原因是:传统的人才观与用人导向的影响,职业教育与市场需求脱节,资金投入不足,企业重生产、轻培训,职工培训缺乏激励机制。破解技能人才匮乏的难题,应加大宣传力度,营造尊重高技能人才的良好氛围;制订实施方案,明确目标;积极采取措施,加快培养步伐。
Nowadays,Fushun are facing with the problem of high-skiled talents shortage,and the main reasons are:the impact of traditional talent view and employment orientation,the disjoint between vocational education and market demand,the lack of capital,etc.To solve the problem,the city should enlarge propagandization to build constructive atmosphere of respecting highskills talents;make implementation plan,clarify objectives,etc.
