综述激光辅助电沉积技术的定义、特点及工作原理,着重概括激光在电沉积过程中的作用机理,并论述激光辅助电沉积技术的未来发展趋势与应用。
The definition,characteristics and principle of the laser-assisted electro depositing technology have been introduced.The function mechanism of laser during the electro depositing process has been also described,as well as development tendency and applications of the laser-assisted electro depositing technology.
