摘要
采用示波冲击试验、断口分析和金相分析等方法,并结合断裂力学对铸钢中贝壳状断口的形成机理进行了研究。结果表明,沿一次晶晶界的成分偏析对裂纹扩展阻力的降低作用是铸钢中贝壳状断口形成的主要原因。
The conchoidal fracture in casting steel was studied by means of instrumented impact test, facture analysis and metallographic examination. The forming mechanism was also discussed from the fracture mechanics viewpoint. The results show that main cause of conchoidal fracture forming is that composition segregation in solidification grain boundary of casting steel reduces the resistance of crack propagation.
