准分子激光双面切削式角膜磨镶术治疗近视的疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察近视眼行准分子激光双面切削式角膜磨镶术(LASUK)后的疗效,探讨其治疗角膜偏薄及高度近视患者的有效性和安全性。方法:对64例(121眼)近视度数过高或角膜偏薄,单纯行LASIK有圆锥角膜风险的患者行LASUK手术治疗。术后不同时期进行视力、裂隙灯、屈光状态、裂隙扫描角膜地形图仪(Orbscan-Ⅱ)检查及像差检查。结果:121眼术后随诊裂隙灯见角膜瓣平整、复位良好,仅1眼角膜下雾状混浊(haze),患者视力恢复快且稳定,无后表面前突,未造成新的像差明显增加。结论:LASUK治疗近视安全、有效,且明显扩大手术适应症的范围,适用于角膜偏薄或屈光度较高的近视眼患者。 Objective:To study the safety and efficacy of laser in situ and undersurface of flag keratomileusis(LASUK) to myopia.Methods: One hundred and twenty-one eyes took LASUK.Visual acuity,slit-lamp biomicroscopic,refraction power,Orbscan-Ⅱ and zywave examinations were performed. Results: The flag of cornea was smooth.Recovery of visual acuity was fast.These was no influence on the surface of cornea.There was no new higher order wavefront after operation.Conclusion: LASUK is safety and efficacy as LASIK.
