摘要 [目的]探讨运用CB-Zr荧光分光光度法测定水中微量氟.[方法]2005年4~6月对生活饮用水中氟的测定,将茜素目视比色法和CB-Zr荧光分光光度法进行比较.[结果]运用CB-Zr荧光分光光度法定量测定的线形相关系数为0.9990,回收率为99.1%,相对标准偏差为1.54%~3.36%.与国标法比较差异无统计学意义.[结论]本法灵敏度较高,干扰较少,结果稳定. [Objective]To study the CB-Zr fluorometric methods for determination of trace amounts of fluoride in water.[Methods]Fluoride in drinking water were determined with two methods from April to June 2004.[Results]The results showed no significant difference between two methods .(r :0.999 0 RSD:1.54%-3.36% rate of recovery: 99.1%)[Conclusion]The correct results were based on high sensitivity and low interference of fluorometic methods.
