摘要
黏膜疫苗在抵御多种病源微生物感染方面有着巨大的潜力和优势。在发展黏膜疫苗过程中最大的障碍是寻找安全、高效的疫苗佐剂和递药系统。最近,基于脱毒细菌毒素衍生物和病原体相关模式分子的黏膜佐剂研究有了较大的进步,细胞因子佐剂和多种疫苗递药系统也取得了很多进展。然而,黏膜疫苗佐剂的安全性和有效性还存在很多问题,目前适合人类使用的黏膜疫苗并不多。本文将目前黏膜疫苗佐剂的研究进展做一综述。
Mucosal vaccines have great advantages in defending various pathogens.One major obstacle in developing mucosal vaccine is production of some safe and efficient adjuvant and(or) delivery system.Promising advances have recently been made in the design of more efficient mucosal adjuvants based on detoxified bacterial toxin derivatives or the ligands of Toll like receptors,and perhaps even more striking progress has been done in the use of cytokines and virus-like particles.However,mucosal vaccine for human use is very limited because of their adverse reactions in the vaccinees.
