摘要
知识型企业是知识经济时代企业的典型代表,激励已经成为企业人力资源管理的核心职能.从知识型企业的特点出发,研究和思考知识型企业的管理激励机制,分析激励的投入产出要素,讨论组织和个体在激励过程中激励效益最大化的定量表示,并应用运筹学的规划技术建立组织和个体激励效益最大化的规划模型.
The Knowledge-enterprise is the representative of companies in the knowledge economic epoch.Motivate is becoming the major function of human resource management.The motivate in the knowledge-enterprise was studied through analyzing the characteristics of the knowledge-enterprise,according to the relation of motivation input and output,this paper establishes a programming model for organization and individual motivation of reasonable benefit maximum.
