摘要
我国农业产业化经营的经营形式决定了其对农村公共产品有着强烈的依赖性。然而,我国农村公共产品供给与城市相比呈现为制度外供给,并且总量不足,结构失衡,严重阻碍农业产业化经营的发展。党和政府把推进农业产业化经营作为农业发展的重大战略举措,客观要求创新农村公共产品供给体制,促使农业产业化经营快速、健康、协调发展。
The management form of China's agriculture industrialization determines its strong dependence on rural public goods.However,by comparision of cities China's rural supply of public goods,a system for the supply and total lack of structural imbalance,is a serious obstacle to the development of agricultural industrialization.The Party and governments consider it as a major strategic act of agricultural development to promote agriculture industrialization,which brings objective request for institutional innovation for the supply of rural public goods to foster the rapid,healthy and coordinate development of agriculture industrialization.
