实时三平面超声心动图评价冠心病室壁瘤患者左心室功能 被引量:2

Clinical evaluation of left ventricular function in patients with ventricular aneurysm after myocardial infarction by real-time tri-plane echocardiography

摘要 目的探讨实时三平面超声心动图检测冠心病室壁瘤患者左心室容积及功能的可行性及准确性。方法对25例冠心病室壁瘤患者,应用实时三平面超声心动图及二维超声心动图测量左心室舒张末容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末容积(LVESV)、每搏量(SV)及左心室射血分数(LVEF),并将测量结果与左心室造影测量结果进行比较分析。结果实时三平面超声心动图和左心室造影所测的LVEDV、LVESV、SV、LVEF差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两种方法所测的LVEF有良好相关性(r=0.94,P<0.01)。二维超声心动图检测的LVEDV、LVESV与左心室造影结果之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两者测量的LVEF差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),有良好相关性(r=0.85,P<0.01)。结论实时三平面超声心动图为定量分析冠心病室壁瘤患者的左心室功能提供了一个无创、简便、准确的新方法。 Objective To assess the accuracy of left ventricular function by real-time tri-plane echocardiography in patients with ventricular aneurysm after myocardial infarction. Methods The volumetric parameters of the left ventricle in 25 patients with ventricular aneurysm after myocardial infarction were evaluated. The left ventricular end-diastic volume (LVEDV), left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESV), stroke volume (SV) and LVEF were measured on real time tri-plane echocardiography and two dimensional echocardiography. The results were obtained and compared with left vemtriculography. Results There were no statistically significent differences in parameters between RT Tri-plane LVEDV, LVESV, SV, LVEF and those in left ventriculography (P>0.05) and there was a good correlation between the two methods (r= 0.94, P<0.01). There were significent differences in parameters between 2DE LVEDV, LVESV and those in left ventriculography. There was a significant correlation between the two methods (r=0.85, P< 0.01). Conclusions Real-time tri-plane echocardiography is a noninvasive and accurate method for quantitative analysis of the left ventricular function in myocardial infarction patients with ventricular aneurysm.
