摘要
项目管理的主要控制要素是质量、进度和成本。项目管理的目标是在保证质量前提下,寻找进度和成本的最优解决方案,对成本、进度有效地控制。赢得值分析法是工程项目成本、进度综合度量和监控的有效方法。在建筑工程的成本、进度综合控制中推广应用科学管理方法,采用先进的信息技术手段,将带来显著的效益。
The quality、pace and cost are main control factors in project management.The goal of project management is to find the best solution to pace and cost and then control them effectively.But before doing so,we must know a prerequisite for it is the guarantee of quality.Earned value analysis ia an effective way of measuring and controlling cost and pace in civil engineering project.The spread and application of scientific management and advanced information technology in controlling cost and pace will bring about obvious benefit.
