摘要 用吡啶-2,6-二羧酸(PDCA)为流动相的非抑制型离子色谱法同时测定碱金属和铵离子。流动相浓度为1.5mmol·L-1时,Li+、Na+、NH4+和K+峰面积的相对标准偏差(n=5)分别为0.55%、0.68%、0.69%、0.85%,检出限(μg·L-1)分别为11、39、53和130,线性范围(mg·L-1)分别为0.011 ̄30、0.039 ̄30、0.053 ̄30和0.130 ̄40。方法应用于运动型饮料、绿茶饮料、水蜜桃汁饮料、苹果和梨样品的分析,结果准确、可靠。 The determination of Li+、Na+、NH4+ and K+ by non-suppressed ion chromatography using pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid is described. A cation-exchange column was employed for separation with conductivity detection. Pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid was used as mobile phase. The suitable eluent concentration was 1.5mmol·L-1. The detection limits (μg·L-1) for Li+、Na+、NH4+ and K+ were 11,39,53,130 and the linear ranges of calibration curve (mg·L-1) were 0.011-30,0.039-30,0.053-30,0.130-40, respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of sports water, green tea, honey peach juice, apple and pear. The recoveries of added standard were 97.4% ̄103.8%.
