血栓前体蛋白及D-二聚体测定在急性心肌梗死诊治中的意义

摘要 目的探讨血栓前体蛋白(TpP)及D-二聚体(DD)测定对急性心肌梗死(AMI)早期诊断和疗效评价的临床意义。方法对51例AMI患者分别于入院后立即及行溶栓治疗后12h、24h测定血浆TpP和DD水平,并与正常对照组比较。结果AMI患者治疗前血浆TpP和DD水平高于正常对照,其差异有统计学意义(P<0·01);AMI患者溶栓治疗后,再通者TpP逐渐下降,DD在治疗前升高的基础上再度升高而后下降,未通者TpP下降不明显,DD水平与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TpP和DD不仅是AMI早期诊断的指标,而且对指导AMI溶栓治疗、预后判断有重要意义。
