西部大开发的关键是民族地区的发展,是民族地区如何走向共同繁荣,以实现现代化。这是邓小平理论的一个重要内客,也是解决民族问题的根本途径。
The key to western development lies in development of ethnic areas as well as how
to realize modernization in ethnic areas. This is one of important contents of Deng Xiao-ping The-
ory. It's also one of fundamental means of solving ethnic problems.
