摘要
目的探讨新疆地区AIDS患者颅脑CT表现,提高CT影像学对该病的诊断。方法回顾性分析1998～2006年在我科行颅脑CT扫描的62例AIDS患者和54例HIV感染者的影像学资料。结果62例AIDS患者中,19例脑CT表现为脑皮层沟增宽加深,脑室扩大,6例脑内多发低密度影,4例为炎性病变。54例HIV感染者中,CT显示脑萎缩6例。结论脑萎缩和脑内低密度灶是AIDS患者最常见的CT表现。对有中枢神经系统症状的AIDS患者,CT检查对本症的确诊具有重要价值。
Objective To study the CT manifestations on brain of HIV/AIDS patients. Methods The imaging findings of 62 AIDS patients and 54 HIV infected taking CT scanning in our hospital from 1998 to 2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 62 patients, 19 showed the CT appearances with widening and deepening of cerebral suici, and dilation of cerebral ventricles. 6 cases showed the multifocal low-density shadow within the brain. 4 cases presented with the inflammatory changes. Conclusion Encephalatrophy and hypointensity are the most common CT manifestations on HIV/AIDS patients. CT scanning plays an important role in diagnosis of AIDS patients with the symptoms of central nervous system.
