摘要
培养公安民警正确的荣辱观,加强公安队伍道德建设,既是保障公安民警严格、公正、文明执法的必需,也是社会主义道德建设的重要组成部分。公安队伍道德建设的途径,应当从道德教育、自省与自律、舆论环境、用人机制等方面下功夫,从帮助公安民警熟悉道德原则、道德规范入手,到提高民警的道德认知能力,强化道德情感,经过道德情感的反复作用,将原则和规范内化为道德信念、道德意志,最终实现公安民警道德自觉。
Developing a correct concept of glory and dishonor and strengthening the morality construction of police is not only necessary for ensuring police enforcing law strictly,justly and civilizedly,but an important component of the construction of socialist morality.As for the ways of morality construction of police,great efforts must be made on morality education,self-examination and self-discipline,public environment and employment mechanism.Police's moral consciousness can be achieved through helping the police become familiar with moral principles and norms to improving police's moral cognition ability,consolidating their moral emotion and changing the moral principles and norms into their moral beliefs and will after being repeatedly influenced.
