摘要
将Fe3+负载在3种载体上制备出3种催化剂,并研究了它们催化H2O2产生羟基,对苯酚模拟废水的吸附降解效果,发现将Fe3+负载在活性炭上对模拟废水处理效果好。用自制的载铁活性炭催化双氧水降解苯酚废水,进行了正交试验和单因素试验,探讨了催化剂用量、双氧水浓度、pH等因素对废水的CODCr去除率的影响。研究结果表明:催化剂用量为1.5 g,H2O2质量分数为2%,pH为5时,载铁活性炭处理稀释后的焦化废水,CODCr去除率达到95%以上。
Catalysts of Fe^(3+) supported on different carriers have been prepared and tested for phenol oxidation with H_2O_2 in simulant wastewater.A fairly satisfied result was obtained with Fe^(3+) supported on activated carbon.A home-made Fe^(3+) supported on activated carbon is introduced in the experiment to degradate the wastewater with phenol;orthogonal and single factor experiments are carried out to determine the dose of catalyst,concentration of H_2O_2 and pH.According to experimental results,under the optimum reaction condition(catalyst of 1.5 g,H_2O_2 of 2 wt% and pH of 5),Fe^(3+)/ activated carbon can make the removal efficiency of COD_(Cr) over 95% in the diluted coking plant wastewater.
