摘要
为了能够分离到高效产氢的细菌菌株,我们提出了DF系列培养基配方,通过产氢细菌的分离和生长实验,确定了培养基的强还原剂为半胱氨酸,pH为6.通过对培养基对厌氧菌的分离数量、种类和培养基成分的分析,选择DF-1培养基为产氢发酵细菌的培养基.DF-1培养基对从活性污泥中分离的细菌计数的结果分别是1.1×10^(13)和1.5×10^(18)个/毫升.
For isolated high hydrogen producing bacteria,DF series cultures were put forward.By bacteria isolate and grow experiment,reducer and pH were changed.Reducer was L-cysteine and pH was 6.The result of bacteria's number and kinds with DF-1 culture batch culturing show that DF-1 culture was the most suitable culture for hydrogen producing ferment bacteria's culture.The same conclusion was achieved by analysis of culture's component.The bacteria counting result of sewage in the bio-hydrogen production reactor No.1 and No.2 with DF-1 culture batch culturing were 1.1×10^(13)/mL and 1.5×10^(18)/mL.
