摘要
社区是一个公共场所,是一个社民之间行为交往、思想交流的领域,同时,又是一个建立在一部分人的共同利益基础之上的私有领域的城堡。社区法律服务包括制度服务、权力服务、调解和诉讼服务,法律咨询和宣传。社区法律服务的定位存在着公益性还是私利性、政府推进还是社会推进、物本主义还是人本主义的争论。
The community is not only a public place,where its members can communicate and exchange their thoughts with each other,but also a private castle,which is based on the common interest of some members.Community legal services include system service,authority service,mediation and lawsuit service as well as legal consultation and propaganda.There exist some disputes over whether they are the commonweal or expediency,whether they should be carried out by the government or society and whether they should be based on materialism or humanism.
